The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Command, Control, Communicationsand Battle Management (C3BM) Operating Location 2 (OL–2) is executing SoftwareDevelopment Lifecyle Management for Air Mobility Command`s (AMC) Rapid Global MobilityCommand and Control (RGM C2) Program, that leverages technical solutions and practices forall Air Force Transportation (AFTRANS) operations. AMC is the air component of United StatesTransportation Command (USTRANSCOM), providing air refueling, cargo, and personneldelivery globally. AMC is also the Air Force Lead Command and Core Function Lead for RGMC2. To effectively support the Joint Force, the MAF must globally command, control, andcollaborate, navigate in degraded or operationally limited environments, conduct enroute logisticswhile under attack, and operate at the highest required tempo. This requires global situationalawareness through collaboration, coordinated operations, and adherence to processes thataccomplish Combatant Commander objectives.
