RFP 902737 EVACUATION PLANNING SOFTWARE SOLUTION

It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the evacuation planning solution being requested by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office (ACSO) for the Office of Emergency Services (OES). Contractor must provide a secure, cloud-based evacuation planning and modeling software solution capable of supporting evacuation analysis, scenario planning, operational decision-making, and real-time evacuation management. The proposed solution must support Alameda County OES and all Operational Area partners, including fourteen (14) incorporated cities, special districts, County departments, and critical infrastructure partners. The platform must be scalable and configurable to allow jurisdiction-specific access while maintaining Operational Area-level visibility, coordination capability, and governance. The Contractor must provide full implementation services, including configuration, data integration, training, technical support, and ongoing maintenance. The County intends to award a three (3)-year contract (with the option to renew for two [2] years) to the Bidder selected as the most responsive and responsible Bidder whose response conforms to the RFP and meets the County’s requirements.
