(1) Vendor needs to provide orbital data storage services to the government authority located in Palatka, FL.• System Architecture — a secure, scalable orbital data storage solution supporting multiple participating agencies and data types.• Integration and Testing — onboarding of up to five executive agencies selected by agency in consultation with the agency.• Operations and Maintenance — ongoing operation of the orbital data storage service throughout the pilot period.• Reporting and Analytics — monthly interim reporting and a comprehensive final feasibility report.– Integration and Testing• Integration activities shall include agency onboarding, definition of data interfaces, configuration of secure data transfer mechanisms, and alignment with agency–specific technical environments.• The Contractor shall develop and execute a comprehensive integration and test plan that includes system integration testing, performance testing, security validation testing, and user acceptance testing.• Testing shall validate data ingest, storage, retrieval, latency, reliability, cybersecurity controls, and operational procedures under both nominal and contingency conditions– Reporting and Analytics• The Contractor shall provide structured reporting throughout the pilot program to support oversight, evaluation, and legislative reporting requirements.– Cybersecurity and Data Requirements• Integration Test Plan– Comprehensive plan for agency onboarding, data migration, and system integration/testing(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
