Fairview Cres, Os. 41 Slope Remedial Works

WCC seeks a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to complete the construction of slope remedial works for the remediation of a landslide located within the road reserve os. 41 Fairview Crescent, Kelburn, Wellington. The slope stabilisation works are intended to protect the road along Fairview Cres from further over slips. The proposed remediation works comprise construction of an anchored shotcrete and tecco mesh retaining wall upslope of the road. Of high importance is the management of stakeholder relationships, traffic management and environmental protection.
