IDIQ for Electrical Engineering Services for Protective Relays

TRWD is hereby inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Electrical Engineering firms to provide various protective relay studies for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract (IDIQ) awards. Qualified firms shall perform comprehensive studies and/or reviews of existing Protection Relay Parameter Values, Arc Flash Safety and other related electrical studies; (hereafter referred to as Protective Relay Studies). Studies shall be performed at seven pump stations and shall be performed in several phases. This Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSOQ) is intended for projects over $5,000 that need to be completed in a time sensitive manner. Only firms qualified to perform the work per the expectations communicated in this Request for Statement of Qualifications are asked to submit an SOQ.
