Vendor needs to provide dilution system to the government authority located in Illinois. • Eight (8) Dilution Systems:– Each system must come with one (1) 10 liter diluent gas (zero air) mass flow controller (MFC). – Each system must come with two (2) source gas (cylinder calibration gas) MFCs. One (1) 100 cc source gas MFC and One (1) 10 cc source gas MFC. – Each system must come with all MFCs must have an operating range between 10% – 90% of their size rating at a pressure between 20 – 40 PSI.– Each system must come with a minimum of 4 source gas MFCs input ports.– Each system must come with internal trace level photometer–controlled trace level ozone generator capable of delivering ozone to separate external equipment at user specified ranges from 10–250 ppb @ 2–8 LPM– Each system must come with Capability of operating as a USEPA Level 2 or Level 3 Ozone primary transfer standard.– Each system must come with Precise Ozone generation must be < 1.0 ppb.– Each system must come with temperature & pressure compensated.
