Vendor needs to provide sport video analysis software. – The contractor shall provide a solution with integrated capabilities for video analysis, opponent scouting, self–scouting, recruiting, coaching preparation, reporting, secure content sharing, and staff collaboration within a single platform or a tightly integrated suite of applications.• The software will support the capture, upload, import, and organization of game and practice video.• The software will permit authorized users to review full games and segmented film, create clips, tag events, apply notes, and organize playlists for coaching and player–development purposes.• The software will support telestration, annotation, and other visual markup functions necessary for team instruction and postgame review.• The software will provide live game coding and customizable coding.• The software will support opponent scouting and self–scouting workflows through searchable video, performance data, and analytical review tools.• The software will permit authorized users to evaluate tendencies, strengths, weaknesses, situational patterns, and personnel usage through combined film and data review.• The software will support creation of scouting summaries, game–preparation materials, and review outputs suitable for coaches, analysts, and student–athletes.• The software will support prospect identification, player evaluation, recruiting organization, and staff collaboration.• The software will permit authorized users to maintain prospect records, attach film to prospect profiles, organize notes, and share evaluations internally.• The software will support the creation, organization, and distribution of play diagrams, coaching presentations, and other instructional materials used for practice and game preparation.• The software should permit coaching staff to connect video review and scouting findings to preparation materials in a manner that reduces duplicate work and improves staff workflow.• The software will support secure sharing or exchange of video, reports, playlists, or related basketball content with authorized internal and external users.• The platform should provide an unlimited number of accounts for coaches and players to utilize for access to all of the team tools.• The software should provide role–based permissions sufficient to distinguish between coaching, recruiting, analytics, administrative, and review–only users.• The software will support collaboration among multiple users in a shared environment, including access from different locations and devices as operationally required.• The software will automatically upload film to team library after practice and games.• The software will support access from desktop devices and, where applicable, tablet or mobile devices appropriate for coaching workflows.• Platform should have compatibility with free mobile apps for users to log in from cell phones and other mobile devices/tablets.• Platform must be committed to strong data protection standards
