(1) Vendor needs to provide parks and recreational annual programs services to the government authority located in Winchester, VA.– Provide year–round recreational classes, clinics, instructional programs, day trips, and winter, spring, and summer camps.– Programs shall be suitable for community–based recreational and leisure services and may be offered indoors or outdoors. – Programs may be provided year–round, during select weeks, or as single–day activities.– Past activities and programs have included dance and music lessons, fitness classes, introductory sports programs, sports clinics, wellness activities, day trips, and tours.– Selected activities and programs may be advertised through the County Parks and Recreation Activity Guide, social media, radio, television, and other promotional channels.
