The Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of construction of 1 rural health center (RHC) and 1 district health center (DHC) in Khatlon Region, as well as 1 district health center (DHC) in GBAO: Lot 1 — construction of the “Guliston” Rural Health Center in the Jaloliddin Balkhi District; Lot 2 — construction of the “Baljuvon” District Health Center in the Baljuvon District; Lot 3 — construction of the “Vankala” Rural Health Center in the Shugnan District. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and in accordance with the World Bank Anti-Corruption Guidelines (ACG) (July 2016), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
