(1) Vendor needs to provide after hours answering service. – After hours call service throughout the 2027 fiscal year.– Expectations are for the service to answer calls and dispatching requests to on–call crew between the hours of 5:00pm – 8:00am Monday though Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, as well as all government holidays. – Ability to determine what needs to be dispatched out immediately vs forwarded to the following business day. – Also provide a daily call log and disposition at 8 am every morning for the calls from the day before.(2) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
