LEGAL-18559 - USA (Camden, New Jersey) - Bond Counsel Services - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bond counsel services to the government authority located in Camden, NJ.– Drafting of appropriate resolutions and review and preparation of required bond ordinances.– Rendering legal opinions approving the validity of any bonds or notes. In this capacity, bond counsel shall inform the County through the approving opinion of the nature of the security for said bond or notes; the legality and validity of the requisite documentation and procedures.– Advising the County on legal considerations relating to financing alternatives within the context of statutory and constitutional restraints.– Answering questions about any bonds or notes by prospective purchasers in the secondary market or by public officials.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
