(1) Vendor needs to provide audit services to the government authority located in Cedaredge, CO. – Perform annual audits subject to annual budget appropriation by agency, beginning with the year ending December 31, 2026. • Assist in the annual audit planning as needed by providing information for a calendar, want lists, staff assignments, and workpaper format.• Examine, and express an opinion on the agency’s financial statements.• Examine the management discussion and analysis.• Prepare the comprehensive annual financial report.• Examine the statistical section.• Prepare and issue a management letter containing comments and recommendations for improvements/corrections in internal control and/or operating procedures, whenever appropriate.• Review and report specifically on any and all material weaknesses in internal control.• Report on non–material weaknesses in internal control, non–material violations in finance related legal and contractual provisions and recommendations for financial and program management improvements discovered in the course of providing the service above, in the form of a letter to management.• Report preparation, editing, and printing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
