(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services for broadband infrastructure project to the government authority located in Malone, NY. – Municipal broadband and telecommunications law, including state regulatory matters, pole attachments, spectrum, broadband infrastructure deployment, and publicly owned fiber networks.– Tribal law and government–to–government agreements, including matters involving tribal nations and sovereign entities, as applicable.– Infrastructure ownership, risk allocation, and contractual protections, including insurance, indemnification, liability, performance requirements, emergency restoration, and conditions governing potential transfer of ownership.– Provide legal services in connection with the municipal infrastructure program phase 3 broadband infrastructure project.– Identification of all attorneys and paralegals proposed for this engagement.– Specialized legal services.– Broadband grant compliance.(2) All the questions had been submitted no later than September 02, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
