Description
The Boone County Fiscal Court (via the Public Works Department) is requesting proposals to provide professional engineering services for the design of storm water improvements associated with the Sequoia Drive retention pond. The design will include construction documents required to complete the improvements with the goal of increasing the storm sewer conveyance capacity to a 100-year level of service and elimination of frequent overtopping and flooding events along Sequoia Drive in the vicinity of the retention pond. The selected consultant will be responsible for review of existing systems including an Overflow and Flooding Study completed on January 10, 2024, obtaining and coordinating any required survey, geotechnical investigations, utility coordination, preliminary and phased design development, easement acquisition assistance, construction plans (including IFB and IFC drawings), limited construction administration, and record drawings.
