(1) Vendor needs to provide self–funded health plan and stop loss reinsurance services to the government authority located in Edinburg, TX.• Insurance providers for stop loss insurance coverage to support its self–funded insurance.• Provide comprehensive and competitively priced stop loss coverage with similar or better terms to the current plan.• The county the stop–loss carrier to cooperate fully with the county's independently selected third–party administrator (TPA), pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), direct primary care (DPC) provider, consultant, data warehouse, and any future health plan proposers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
