(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant for strategic plan development services.            – For professional consulting services for the facilitation, creation and delivery of the village next Strategic Plan and accompanying work plan.• Background review and environmental scan.  • Inclusion of community engagement and data collected in the Community Survey and Comprehensive Planning Process. • Hold key stakeholder meetings with Village staff, the Village Administrator and individual members of the Village Board. • Host one or more visioning workshops with the Village Board. • Optional public meeting or focus group to gather additional insights and feedback  • Identifying and building–out strategic priority areas and general goal areas based on information gathered.  • Development of a written Strategic Plan.  • Present to the Village Board and obtain approval. • Development of a Work Plan to accompany the Strategic Plan.(2) All questions had been submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
