(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed security guard services to the government authority located in El Paso, TX.– Provide unarmed security guard services at its critical water, wastewater, administrative, laboratory, education, stormwater, and remote operational facilities.– Security Officers shall monitor assigned video surveillance, access–control, intercom, alarm, visitor–management, guard–tour, and communications systems when required by post orders and shall promptly report outages, tampering, suspicious activity, and other conditions affecting security operations.– Security Officers shall apply site–specific access–control procedures consistently, including verification of employee credentials, visitor identification, contractor authorization, deliveries, vehicles, and restricted–area access.– Operate remotely activated control gates for vehicle traffic, if feasible.– Receive and log incoming telephone calls.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 21, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
