(1) Vendor needs to provide technical production services for special events. – To have one experienced production partner who can manage these services from setup through the conclusion of the event.• Live Streaming & Video Production– Provide a complete setup to professionally capture and stream the Commencement program. – This should include cameras, computers or other equipment needed to manage the stream and event graphics.• Main Event Projection & Screens– Provide two large monitors or screens so guests in the Armory can clearly see the ceremony and live video program.• Additional Viewing Monitors• Stage Lighting• Temporary Event Power• Floor & Facility Protection• Staffing• Setup, Testing & Event Support• Delivery, Setup & Breakdown(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
