Purpose of this Notice:This is a Special Notice to advise industry that the Government intends to release an accelerated Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about June 18, 2026, for Scientific and Technical Review Services in support of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRND) and Medical Countermeasure (MCM) Modernization.This is NOT a formal solicitation or a request for quotes at this time. This notice is provided for acquisition planning and situational awareness purposes to allow eligible small businesses time to prepare for a highly expedited solicitation cycle.2. Requirement Overview:The Government requires mission–critical scientific, technical, and portfolio analysis services to support the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRND) and Medical Countermeasure (MCM) Modernization mission.
