(1) Vendor needs to provide biosolids processing improvements project construction management services to the government authority located in Lexington, VA. – proposed biosolids improvements focus on modernizing solids handling and increasing operational flexibility, reliability, and redundancy.– Configuration allows the facility to both thicken and dewater sludge, providing the ability to produce either liquid biosolids or dewatered cake depending on operational needs.– Supporting upgrades include replacement of sludge feed pumps, installation of a new polymer system, new sludge transfer piping and controls, a cake conveyor system, electrical and structural modifications, and integration of instrumentation and controls.– Covered cake storage area will also be provided to support land application or disposal of dewatered biosolids.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026.
