(1) Vendor needs to provide attorney–legal and prosecutorial services to the government authority located in Farmers Branch, TX.1. Designate an individual to serve as city attorney.2. Designate one or more individuals to serve as municipal court prosecutors.3. The city attorney is to remain available to provide legal services to the city council, city manager, and staff, attend city council meetings, conduct office hours, attend city staff meetings, boards and commissions, and attend any other meetings as required by the city council or city manager.4. Reviewing and drafting ordinances, resolutions, contracts, agreements, and deeds.5. Providing legal advice and/or legal opinion regarding government operations, elections, open meetings, public information, city ordinances, state laws, personnel matters, property matters, and real estate matters, including zoning and condemnation.6. Ensuring compliance of contracts with applicable rules and regulations.7. Negotiating and assisting with contract disputes.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
