CONS-22553 - USA (Lakeway, Texas) - Civil Engineering Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide civil engineering services to the government authority located in Lakeway, TX.– Provide a full variety of civil engineering services on an as–needed basis.– Services may include preliminary plans and cost estimates, necessary fieldwork, drafting, design, surveying, bid assistance, construction inspection, project management, preliminary reports, and identification of alternatives.– Preparation of specialized engineering studies on a variety of subjects including, but not limited to, structural design and structural analysis of buildings, bridges, drainage studies, and construction feasibility studies.– Construction administration and engineering including, but not limited to, review and approval of material submittals, daily construction observation as–needed, documentation, and coordinating contractor’s work.– Surveying activities including, but are not limited to, topographic survey, title search, easement legal description preparation, construction staking, and cut–sheet preparation.– Engineering or project management services may include, but not be limited to, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water mains, street paving, sidewalks, bridges, drainage projects, building repairs, stormwater detention pond design, lift station design, and road design drainage studies, in accordance with city standards and procedures.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) A virtual non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
