DISPOS-9823 - USA (La Marque, Texas) - Roll-Off Trash Container Rental and Disposal Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide roll–off trash container rental and disposal services to the government authority located in La Marque, TX. – Provide services for rental and disposal services for a 40–cubic yard (40 CY) roll–off trash container for the agency. • Provide services between the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or as specified by the designated TxDOT representative.• Be responsible for disposal of contents in 40–cubic–yard (40 CY) trash container into a government approved and regulated landfill. 9.10. • Provide container clear of any graffiti or advertising, except the advertising logo of the vendor.• Provide replacement of a 40–cubic–yard (40 CY) roll–off trash container during off site cleaning.• Provide a flat–rate pick–up fee that includes hauling and disposal of up to five (5) tons of material and all fuel and fuel–related costs associated with the service.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
