The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic hereby invites eligible Bidders to submit sealed Bids for the procurement of reconstruction of school No. 2 named after A. Osmonbekov in the village of Ak-Suu, Aksy district, Jalal-Abad region. The contract realization period for will be 12 months. In case of participation, the Bidder shall provide the appropriate License indicating the level of responsibility for the construction and reconstruction of buildings (copies), issued by the State Agency for Architecture and Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “ Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” issued on July 2016 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
