(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted paratransit dispatch and interactive voice response software. • Provide a production–ready, cloud–hosted paratransit platform and all professional services necessary for successful implementation and ongoing operation.• Live capacity–based reservation booking that matches the City’s operational workflow.• Provide dispatchers with real–time visibility and easy tools for late trips, driver callouts, vehicle breakdowns, will–call returns, add–on trips, and reassignment.• Implement the solution with minimal disruption, validated data migration, complete training, and measurable acceptance criteria.• Driver mobile application and, if proposed, tablets, mounts, connectivity, device management, or other field equipment.• Replace paper manifests with a secure, reliable driver mobile application while retaining practical offline and contingency options.• Cloud–hosted, supported production solution with data ownership and export capability• Ability to provide implementation, migration, training, ongoing support, and the required demonstration.• Mandatory fully integrated inbound and outbound IVR, including secure passenger self–service, English and Spanish prompts, transfer to city staff, after–hours voicemail/callback integration, and outbound automated calls; plus, SMS, email, and optional portal or mobile access.• AI–enabled or equivalent conversational voice reservation agent capable of accessing live availability and scheduling, modifying, and canceling trips by telephone may also be proposed.• All telecommunications services, phone–number setup or porting, call routing, IVR licensing, carrier services, prompt configuration, bilingual prompt implementation• Ongoing updates, maintenance, cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, technical support, and account management(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
