Marché de travaux de mise aux normes et restructuration des ateliers du Pôle COMPANS, sur le site de l'ESAT Marsoulan à Montreuil (93), maintenu en exploitation durant le chantier. Travaux de mise en conformité PMR et sécurité incendie : curage, reprise d'enveloppe (couverture, étanchéité, façades), menuiseries extérieures, revêtements et lots techniques (électricité, plomberie/CVC, ascenseur). Opération décomposée en 7 lots, avec réception unique à l'achèvement complet. Délai d'exécution : 12 mois à compter de la notification.
