EXTRA-74520 - USA (Edina, Minnesota) - Project Management Services for Comprehensive Plan Update - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide project management services for comprehensive plan update to the government authority located in Edina, MN.A. Project Management– Facilitate bi–weekly project management status meetings with city staff with agenda to be created by consultant.– Provide regular progress updates, draft materials and meeting summaries, including materials and content to be posted on the City’s online engagement platform.B. Data Analysis, Modeling and Mapping– Create all tables, charts and other graphics necessary for meeting Metropolitan Council minimum requirements. All figures must be in the same format and branding as established by the City and be compliant.– Assist City GIS staff to generate maps required for each Chapter, including layer creation and editing. The majority of maps will be prepared by city staff.C. Plan Creation– Development of a Comprehensive Plan document to include the chapters listed in the table below. All chapters will require assistance with the following:o Assist in consolidating and refining existing Comprehensive Plan content.o Assist staff in ensuring content is in a consistent format, outline and plain language voice in each chapter.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.
