(1) Vendor needs to provide federal government relations service. • Agency seeking for federal government relations, strategic advisory and lobbying services• Work with agency to formulate and execute a strategy for federal funding, policy objectives, long–term growth and sustainment over a two– to three–year period• Advise and prepare for engagements with lawmakers, Executive agencies, and Administration staff.• Establish new relationships to support emerging, evolving and growing priorities and activities.• Prepare specific talking points and briefing materials for meetings upon request• Regular review, analysis, and notification to agency of existing and proposed federal policies, programs and regulations that may impact agency and the digital manufacturing sector• Effectively engage stakeholders to solve problems on behalf of agency as necessary• Maintain regular communication and provide regular updates via weekly teleconferences with relevant leadership and staff.
