(1) Vendor needs to provide safe neighbourhoods formula grant program services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Use intelligence and data to identify violent crime drivers and individuals at risk of violence, victimization, or perpetration to intervene, prevent, and improve outcomes. – Support the implementation of specific crime reduction activities and resource requirements in collaboration with all relevant partners and stakeholders. – Leverage existing task force structures to focus on investigative and prosecutorial resources for dismantling networks involved in human trafficking and drug trafficking. – Develop and implement a data–driven strategy. – Increase prosecutions of violent criminal organizations through coordinated efforts with federal taskforces and regional Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) Strike Forces.
