(1) Vendor needs to provide housing navigation services to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.– Provide housing navigation services for our teachers and staff. This support will assist them with rentals, home purchases, and understanding available benefits.– Provide support and response to employees within a 24–hour time period (during business hours) by phone or email or at agreed upon scheduled times.– Able to work with employee to determine and understand family household income in order to provide the best matched support.– Able to build relationships with existing at home in partners to enable smooth introductions, hand–offs, and ongoing monitoring with best–fit partners.– Able to assess the individual needs of employee to determine the best support.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 22, 2026.
