(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering and construction engineering and inspection services to the government authority located in Florida. – For Celery Fields Regional Stormwater Facility Central Cell.– Excavating the Central Cell– Soil sampling to identify potential contaminants of concern and developing a soil management plan and comply with applicable regulatory thresholds; create remediation strategies, including disposal, placement, isolation, or treatment alternatives– Engineering analysis, design, and permitting necessary to support the proposed site excavation and wetland design– Negotiation of wetland, water quality, and/or stormwater credits with federal and state agencies– Investigation characterization of existing conditions– Geotechnical, and topographic surveying and data analysis– Wetland design with input from and coordination with Society– Evaluation of soil placement sites which may include existing mound located on the east side of the site– Landscape and planting design(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
