(1) Vendor needs to provide grant writing services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA.– Professional grant writing professionals with a proven track record of researching, developing, writing, preparing, and submitting successful grant proposals for federal, state, local government grants, private foundation grants and other funding opportunities and proposals.– Grant research funding and analysis.– Grant proposal development and review.– Grant administration and support.– Strategy development for Identify, develop and coordinate an overall grant funding outline and strategy to secure funding sources and grants for all program area.– Relationship development – Develop, build and strengthen relationships with local and state entities, to include churches, community–based organizations, private organizations.– Develop a thorough understanding of programs to identify and recommend grant opportunities.– Prepare, write, edit, and organize grant proposals in accordance with funder requirements. Develop and write complete, competitive grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and applications. Review, edit and revise proposal content for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.– Develop charts, graphs, and visuals to support proposal content.– Initiate, develop, and document the scope of grant project–related partnerships with community organizations as required by the funder.– Maintain communication with grant–funding organizations during their review of a submitted grant application to be able to supply additional supportive material.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27,2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
