(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services for fiber optic network extension to the government authority located in Westminster, CO.– Provide integrated engineering, design, permitting coordination, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, and closeout services.• Perform pre–design field investigations and route verification, including existing utility conditions, right–of–way/public right–of–way constraints, ditch and canal crossings, existing communications handholes, building entrance conditions, and potential construction obstructions.• Perform pre–design field investigations and route verification, including existing utility conditions, right–of–way/public right–of–way constraints, ditch and canal crossings, existing communications handholes, building entrance conditions, and potential construction obstructions.• Prepare and submit design packages at 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% completion for City review.• Resolve City review comments and incorporate approved revisions into the final Issued–for–Construction design before beginning affected construction activities.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
