(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based student information system, data migration of the old system and implementation services.– The selected student information system will serve as a centralized platform for managing the student lifecycle from initial inquiry and application through enrolment, academic progress, completion, graduation, and post–completion reporting.– The selected solution must support current operational needs while providing the flexibility and scalability necessary to accommodate future growth and evolving institutional requirements.– The solution must provide comprehensive functionality to support administrative, academic, and student service operations while improving data accessibility, accuracy, reporting capabilities, and compliance efforts.– Support the complete admissions process for all program types, including apprenticeship, maritime, short–term courses, and long–term courses. Functionality should include application processing, document management, test result tracking, and applicant communication/contact tracking.– Allow for flexible setup and management of academic terms, courses, and programs to accommodate evolving institutional needs.– Enable comprehensive attendance monitoring and reporting throughout the duration of each course.– Track employment and placement outcomes for graduates to support institutional reporting requirements and accreditation standards.– Specific requirements for migrating historical student data from anthology, including data mapping, validation, testing, and ensuring records are retained and accessible in the new system.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
