Vendor needs to provide family support program administrator services to the government authority located in Brewster, MA.• Assist the town in updating guidelines, application, and promotional materials for the third year of the program.• Accept, review, and approve applications from eligible applicants in accordance with Town of Brewster eligibility at least once a year and ongoing as needed.• Accept, review, and approve required documents from eligible providers in accordance with town eligibility criteria at least once per year and more as needed.• Develop and manage contracts for applicants and providers.• Accept, review, and approve monthly invoices from providers and provide invoices and monthly voucher allocation amounts to the town manager’s office for payment. Voucher allocation amounts shall not exceed the total invoice amount in any given month.• Meetings and communication with the town administration as needed.• Meetings and communication with applicants and providers as needed, and the program administrator should have the general ability to support applicants or providers who need assistance with forms and application’s due ability status, literacy status, language, and access to broadband.• Provide monthly reports on number of eligible applicants, total childcare expenses, total voucher funds disbursed to date for each eligible child, and total voucher funds remaining for the half year period.• Maintain program–related records on behalf of the town and furnish all records as requested and at the end of the one–year contract period.• Provide quarterly assessment data for all participating households.
