(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual systems integrators for the design–assist, furnishing, installation, programming, commissioning, and training of a complete audio–visual system serving a board room / flexible meeting space to the government authority located in Lakeland, TN.• Presentation of content from Owner–furnished laptops and mobile devices, both wired and wireless.• Full–room, intelligible speech reinforcement for board members, presenters, and audience questioners.• Two–way video conferencing using the Owner's preferred soft–codec platforms, with room audio and camera resources presented to a connected laptop as standard USB devices.• Automated capture, recording, and live streaming of meetings with minimal or no operator intervention.• Simple, preset–driven operation by non–technical staff, with a small number of clearly labeled modes rather than device–level control.• Detailed design and engineering, including signal flow diagrams, rack elevations, plate and panel details, and mounting details for Owner review and approval prior to ordering.• Furnishing of all audiovisual equipment, mounts, racks, plates, connectors, cabling, terminations, and consumables required for a complete and operable system.• Coordination with the Owner's general, electrical, and low–voltage trades, and with the Owner's IT department for network addressing, VLAN assignment, and bandwidth requirements.• Design of low–voltage conduit and pathway requirements, to be issued to the Owner for installation by others.(2) A Pre–Bid Site Walk will be held on September 18, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
