Notice of Intent to Award Sole SourceThe Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) plans to award a contract without competition to Premier Healthcare Solutions, Inc.BackgroundThe U.S. Department of Health and Human Services`(HHS), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health, through the Office on Women`s Health and the Office of Minority Health, works to improve health and well–being nationwide.
