No award will be made under this pre–solicitation until funds are available.The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to award a sole–source contract to Ward Diesel for a NO SMOKE DIRECT SOURCE DIESEL EXHAUST FILTRATION SYSTEM IAW the attached Salient characteristics. Sources interested in responding to this notice should submit a capability statement that includes technical data, cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Capability statements are due no later than 28 SEP 2026 by 5:00 PM CDT. Capability statements shall be submitted by email ONLY as a Microsoft Word Document or Adobe PDF attachment to [email? redacted] and [email? redacted] .
