2026 Roadway Improvements - Various Locations

The Township of Monroe is seeking sealed proposals for “ Project Title .” All proposals are to be returned via the OpenGov Procurement Portal . All proposals are due on or before Response Submission Date at Response Submission Time at which time they will be unsealed via OpenGov. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Township.
