Description
For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to construct security-related upgrades at the Guadalupe Building I Parking lot & main entrance to the including but not limited to fencing, installation of vehicular swing gates, pedestrian gate. Additional upgrades include lighting upgrades, the installation of card readers, an intercom system, and a CCTV camera at the entrance in front of the new security gates. The scope of work also includes the electrical infrastructure to support the security upgrades and communications integration.
