(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical services and simulation–based training services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Training sessions will focus on the management of critical medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, trauma, and stroke, in a controlled environment designed to strengthen clinical decision–making, confidence, communication, and teamwork.– Emergency Medical Services (EMS) readiness by enhancing provider skills, teamwork, and confidence through four immersive, hands–on simulation training events.– Training will focus on strengthening:– Patient assessment skills– Recognition and management of time–sensitive medical emergencies– Team communication and coordination– Training events will use mixed–role teams that may include first responders, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and law enforcement officers at no cost to the students
