(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.– Marketing, negotiating, and facilitating the sale of vacant land owned by agency.– Review available title information, surveys, legal descriptions, zoning, and land use designations.– Advertising on commercial and land marketing platforms.– Digital marketing campaigns.– Targeted outreach to developers, investors, agricultural users, conservation organizations, and adjacent property owners, as appropriate.– Assemble and maintain marketing packages containing available property information.– Property showings.– Receive and present all offers promptly.– Assist in resolving issues that arise before closing.– Coordinate communication among buyers, title companies, escrow officers, surveyors, inspectors, and legal representatives.– Provide available property records and legal documentation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 10, 2026.
