(1) Vendor needs to provide grant making services to the government authority located in New York.• Provide intermediary grant–making services for financial contributions from philanthropic entities registered outside of the States to, a tax–exempt international organization.• Responsible for any necessary receipt, liquidation, and conversion of such contributions into the equivalent in fiat for any non–fiat donations received, and shall transfer funds.• Conduct of due diligence, including reputational risk assessment and anti–money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism of prospective donors that will make financial contributions towards programmes, in line with respective policies
