(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative services organization to the government authority located in Massachusetts. – This web–based system should be configurable and support multiple related data relationships. It should include: customizable data collection forms; reporting and dashboard capabilities for individual clients, groups of clients or services, Family Resource Center (FRC), and across multiple Family Resource Center s; and reminders for follow–up.– This system will support staff in documenting and managing interactions with clients served by the FRC.– This web application will support communication with the wider public, staff, and the staff of partner organizations providing services to individuals referred by the FRC.– Administrative Support for FRCs– Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for the FRCs, which shall include but not be limited to marketing, outreach, media relations, messaging and branding development.– Develop, host, maintain and manage content for a centralized web application, using preliminary materials provided by agency, as described by Section 2.02(a), including ensuring that all content is current(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
