(1) Vendor needs to provide leasing agent services to the government authority located in Tennessee.• Agency seeking affordable waitlist management services and new tenant placement services to address our need to fill an unusually high volume of unit vacancies• services will include processing the applicant’s completed move–in application including screening, verifications, background checks, and document management in rent cafe between their agency and the applicant• Send the applicant an email indicating all necessary documentation to be provided and how to upload required documentation into Rent Cafe • Contact the applicant by phone to confirm the housing need and leave voicemail if necessary.• Review the notes for the applicant to determine whether they have already been contacted(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Jul 27, 2026.
