Vendor needs to provide school health technical assistance and strategic planning services.1. Program assessment and planning:– Conduct needs assessments with LEAs, CBOs, and providers to identify gaps in program fidelity, staffing, curriculum delivery, and required supports.– Develop or refine implementation plans that align PREP activities with federal guidelines, state priorities, and evidence–based program models.– Provide strategic recommendations to strengthen organizational capacity, resource allocation, and readiness for high–quality program delivery.2. Training and professional development:– Deliver structured training sessions on PREP curriculum implementation, classroom management, facilitation skills, and compliance requirements.– Create and update training materials, toolkits, and guidance documents tailored to varying stakeholder needs and experience levels.– Build capacity through competency–based learning, ensuring staff can implement programs with fidelity and cultural relevance.3. Ongoing technical assistance and coaching:– Offer individualized coaching to educators and program staff on curriculum delivery, youth engagement strategies, and fidelity to evidence–based models.– Provide real–time troubleshooting, resource sharing, and implementation guidance based on ongoing partner needs.4. Data collection and reporting support:– Provide support in troubleshooting data entry issues, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting protocols.5. Stakeholder engagement and coordination:– Facilitate communication and coordination among LEAs, CBOs, state leadership, and program providers to strengthen collaboration and alignment.– Support stakeholder meetings, communities of practice, and cross–agency partnerships that advance program goals.– Share resources, updates, and best practices to promote consistent messaging and unified program implementation statewide.
