(1) Vendor needs to provide i care services to the government authority located in California.– I CARE program include Outpatient Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) and Drop–In Center (DIC) services for children and youth up to age 21 who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation or are at risk due to factors such as truancy, homelessness, substance use, domestic violence, prior sexual assault, running away, or involvement in the foster care system.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 04, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
