Fulton County, Georgia (�County�) is seeking a qualified consultant with substantial knowledge and experience in developing and/or modifying rural land valuation schedules. Rural land is any land that normally lies outside corporate city limits, planned subdivisions, commercial sites, and industrial sites. Because Fulton County is 99% incorporated, rural land is still prevalent in several municipalities.
