*Addendum 1 - Added site visit dates* There will be additional site visit on 16 June 2026 and 17 June 2026 at 10:00 AM (NDT). Interested bidders are to meet at 1 Arctic Avenue St. John’s, NL A1B 3T5. Proponents are advised that two additional site visit dates have been added to the solicitation. Interested bidders must attend one of the mandatory site visits. Description: Work under this contract covers but is not limited to, all work required for supply and installation of Ice Tank Catwalk Door at Ocean, Coastal and River Engineering Research Centre, 1 Arctic Avenue St. John’s, NL A1B 3T5 Mandatory site visit: Interested bidders must attend one of the mandatory site visits held on 27 May 2026 and 28 May 2026 at 10:00 AM (NDT) at 1 Arctic Avenue St. John’s, NL A1B 3T5 All persons attending the site visit must bring valid identification (ID) and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, safety footwear, high-visibility vests and hard hats. Individuals without the required PPE may be denied access to the site. Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
