Vendor needs to provide music studio therapy program services to the government authority located in Hawaii.• Provides and offers a creative music studio and therapeutic space and programming in a youth correctional facility with confidences that it will help cultivate good culture, influence self–expression and positive relationship building among youth, students, educators, staff and transition back to community.• Music therapy opportunities and hip–hop–related programming in the juvenile justice system, and education systems.• To develop an incentive–based program that will curve behaviors as students become self–driven and self–aware to earn entry into the program.
